Fluffed Up Dog Grooming

Half job done. When asked twice to cut more off the dog, she refused to do as asked. Just snipped a little bit here and there. The dogs coat looked exactly the same. The dogs bum area was done only. Left her for the hour to do her job but when I complained and she still refused to cut any more, I asked her to do ears as I could see she hadn’t touched them. Charged €50. Should be €35 but she said she was there an extra half hour …doing what she should have done in the first place in the hour! Disgraceful! First time did a perfect job. When asked why she didn’t or wouldn’t do the same second visit…she gave a load of excuses which didn’t make sense as they didn’t apply on her first visit. Contradicting. Never again. Very rude and obstinate! Not recommended!
